Kurtos Spiroll at the Pavillion Mall

This is just a quick post before I go to sleep. I am not feeling well because of the crazy weather here in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It's sunny in the morning then it would rain really hard in the afternoon until night time. Today, the heat was unbearable, I had to take paracetamol just to get it through the day.

Cinnamon Sugar RM 5.90 (PhP 83)

Anyway, on our first day,  my friends and I spotted this stall in Pavillion Mall selling Chimney Cakes called Kurtos Spiroll. It is called as such because once baked, steam rises up from the cake much like a chimney.

How to eat Kurtos Spiroll:

  1. Pinch the tip!
  2. Unravel it!
  3. Break it!
  4. *Dip it!
  5. Take a bite!
  6. Start again!

We didn't order any dip ; p

*Garlic Cheese, Butterscotch & Chocolate

It was fun unraveling the Hungarian pastry. It's crispy outside and soft inside. The taste of Cinnamon Sugar match that of Auntie Anne's. We all loved it!

The following are Kurtos Spiroll's various flavors- Premium Chicken Floss, Pandan Coconut, Sunflower Seeds, Hawaiian Coconut, Chocolate Rice, Sesame Seeds, Nutella Walnut, Peanut Butter & Choc Chips. You can also order it in its original flavor- Original Hungarian.

Kurtos Spiroll is located in Lot1.12.01 Pavillion Mall Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
