I was in Il Terrazzo the other day with my dad because I was invited to try Mad For Pizza. While on the escalator going up to the second level, I immediately spotted Mad For Pizza Toppings All You Want restaurant's huge signage at the second level. I didn't have to enter the restaurant to check out the menu instead I read everything from the corner of the restaurant. A replica of the menu is posted there (see photo below).
Check out the simple but brightly-lit interior, it reminded me of our college canteen ; p Anyway, enough about the interior, here's what I ordered...

Mad For Pizza's House Salad was recommended to us by our server. Slices of egg, peaches and tomatoes were on top of the vegetables. The veggies were fresh and not wilted. This is good, I wonder how the other salad- Hawaiian Delight would look and taste like.

If you are in a group of 3 or 4, order a Rock n' Roll Nachos. I suggest eating it immediately upon serving so that the nachos won't be soggy.

Fried Calamari would look better if it was served on a smaller plate. I found only a few squid rings, thank goodness my dad does not eat fried food. I had the whole order for myself!

My dad's meal will not be complete without rice, he ordered Amboy while I had Tennessee Pork Spareribs. I tried my dad's Angus Beef Belly in Adobo Sauce, it was a bit salty and not as tender as I imagined it to be. I highly recommend Tennessee Pork Spareribs because the meat is juicy and tender, almost fall-off-the-bone kind.

My dad was surprised when his drink was served, it was in a tall glass container. He muttered that his drink must cost a lot of money but it's only PhP 88. You can actually share this drink with your girlfriend and pretend to be sweet lol

I actually ordered Salted Caramel Shake but I can't finish it because it was too sweet for me so I ordered a Frozen Iced Tea instead.

This is my first DIY pizza making project and I am quite happy with the result! It is really cool that I get to choose whatever toppings to go with my pizza dough. I also like that I was able to choose my base sauce (very important!).
My pizza has siksik sa toppings! It was overflowing as you ca see in the photo above. It tasted good too! Siempre lahat ng favorite ko andyan like steak, mushrooms and bleu cheese! Yummy!
You can try making one too! I can assure you that you won't regret the experience ; )
