Remember my Girlstuff entry last year? It's the brand of nail polish I bought for my daughter. What I like about the polish is that it can be wash off under running water even without soap. It is safe to use because it's free from Toulene, Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate, Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor. All ingredients mentioned can cause damage and yellowing of the nails.
Anyway, I was invited earlier this week to attend the launching of Girlstuff Bloggers' Elite Summer Collection at Stacy's BGC. It was a tie-up between the brand and Manila's trendiest bloggers. The four nail polishes were named after their blogs.

GoJackieGo is a lime green shade that reminded me of a calming hue of nature. StruttingOnSunshine is inspired by the shade of blue in the sky. Topaz Horizon, on the other hand, is a bright, sunny yellow shade while AskMeWhats is a Bohemian-inspired pink shade.
Prior to the main event, there were three stations set-up at the ground floor so each guest can have their nails done. I get tickled pink so I ended up with AskMeWhats. The lady beside me was the one who did my nails. She topped it off with random hearts, lines and glitters (closeup photo below), very interesting combination indeed!

Unlike my daughter's Girlstuff Washable Nail Polish, Girlstuff Bloggers' Elite Summer Collection has a gel-type formula so you will need a nail polish remover to take it off. Like all its other nail polishes, these four new shades are also free from harmful chemicals. It is made in France.
