#CookWithMrsMartinezRecipes | Creamy Cheesy Baked Penne

Baking has saved me a lot of time in the kitchen. I don't need to prepare a lot of ingredients, most of which are found in my cupboard. The procedure is easy and most importantly, I don't have to wash a lot of utensils ; p

Take this Creamy Cheesy Baked Penne... I got the recipe at the back of Dona Elena Al Dente Penne Rigate packaging. It's supposed to be a Baked Three Cheese Penne but since I don't have Quickmelt Cheese in my fridge, I decided to make do with two- Parmesan and Cheddar Cheese.

Baked Cheese Penne Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white onion, chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups Emborg Full Cream Milk
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup Quickmelt Cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  •  Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup Spaghetti Sauce

  • Dona Elena Al Dente Penne Rigata (cooked according to package)
