Tony & Jackey L'Oreal X-Tenso Setting/Digital Perm Experience

After a long hiatus from blogging, I am now finally back. Living in the real world consumed the best of me. I felt really exhausted. At the end of each day, all I really wanted to do is just to lay down on top of my bed and sleep.

But the blogger in me is always switched on. In the month or so that I have been inactive, I have accumulated tons of photos. I took a lot of pictures as I go through my day. And so you might want to prepare yourself to read random entries from here on out.

New Year | New Hairdo

To ease my backlog of entries, I will start by flaunting my new curls in this post. I got my sexy curls back five days before Christmas.

As usual, I went to my trusted Korean hairstylist from Bangs Prime Salon Tomas Morato (formerly known as Bangs Tony & Jackey) for my setting/digital perm. I lost count on how many times I had my hair curled. I decided to have it permed again because I already got bored with my straight hair.

I availed of L'Oreal X-Tenso package service worth Php 3,499. The original price of which is Php 7,500. The price included a haircut. The whole procedure lasted for about 2 hours. There are no hair treatments involved that's why it is an hour less than my previous perm. You may want to read about my previous experience using a Korean setting/digital service called Aqua (Php 1,999) here.

In the past, I have experienced going back to the salon a day after availing of the service. It didn't matter that I availed of L'Oreal X-Tenso this time because it happened again. I was frustrated (was it because my hair is too straight?) but at the same time thankful that the stylist was able to retouch (read: do it all over again) and made my curls permanent the second time around.

Tip: Go there on a weekday to avoid the crowd.

Promo runs until January 15, 2017.

Bangs Prime Salon Tomas Morato is located at C.T.T.M. Square Tomas Morato Ave. cor. Timog Ave., Quezon City. For inquiries, please call 4410386.

Merry Christmas | Happy New Year 2017

We took a family photo in front of Manila Marriott Hotel's humongous Christmas Tree. We spent 2 nights (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) in one of the newly opened Premier Rooms. Hotel photos and review are up next. Stay tuned!

Happy New Year, y'all!
