My niece and I love making Dalgo...Hi Mrs. Martinez! My niece and I love making Dalgona coffee too! Ours is simply beaten with a whisk, and it only took us about 3 minutes to get that frothy texture. The difference maker is the use of instant coffee instead of the 3-in-1 variety.
