When we traveled to Boracay last Christmas, I was able to access The Wings Transit Lounge in NAIA Terminal 3 located at the 4th Level
Mall area near McDonald's.
I simply presented my BDO Diamond Rewards card and we were given access to the lounge. A cardholder with guest will be counted as two out of the six free access. Children below 5 are free of charge.
From The Wings Transit Lounge Service Menu, a BDO Diamond Rewards cardholder is entitled to use the Lounge with Shower (Php 950).

There's also soup and cereals on the side. Do not expect much. We didn't pay for this so it's all good. We just take-out food from McDonald's right beside the lounge.

The lounge is situated behind the Reception area. It has several plush leather seats with tables at the center. There's a Wine Bar and a selection of cookies on the side.
My daughter was given a cookie by one of the staff from the counter.
The complimentary 6 airport lounge access from BDO Diamond Rewards card is expiring on the 31st of December 2018.
