Salmon Pasta in Creamy White Sauce Recipe


I always prepare easy to cook meals for my family. As a busy mom, my day is spent mostly doing household chores and taking care of my family's need. When it comes to cooking, I only have a few minutes to spare. My dinner recipes are usually quick and easy dishes.

I cook pasta once a week. What I love about pasta is that it only takes 10 minutes to cook and I can just literally throw in all the ingredients in the pan. It's so simple to prepare and I know my family will enjoy every time this savory dish is served.

Salmon Pasta in Creamy White Sauce


To tweak my pasta from the usual bacon topping, I use salmon as my main ingredient this time around. We love salmon because it is rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids which helps in protecting against heart disease. That said, I am sharing an easy to follow salmon pasta recipe for you and your family...


Salmon Pasta in Creamy White Sauce | Ingredients:
  • SeaKing Wild Alaskan Keta Salmon Chunks 500g
  • Roasted Garlic Parmesan white Sauce 16oz
  • Champignons Pieces and Stems 284g
  • Penne Rigate 250g
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Butter (approximately 2 slices)
  • Spring onions (sliced)
  • Parmesan Cheese (optional)


Salmon Pasta in Creamy White Sauce | Directions:
  1. Cook pasta as directed (al dente)
  2. In a pan, saute spring onions in butter
  3. Add SeaKing Wild Alaskan Keta Salmon Chunks and toss until golden (see photo above)
  4. Add a dash of salt & pepper to taste
  5. Remove and set aside the whole chunks and let the salmon flakes remain in the pan
  6. Mix in Champignons and Roasted Garlic Parmesan White Sauce
  7. Add Penne Rigate in the pan
  8. Add SeaKing Wild Alaskan Keta Salmon Chunks on top
  9. Serve and enjoy!
