My husband turned a year older and we celebrated at Song Do Won located along Eugenio Lopez Drive in Quezon City (QC). Since we discovered it, my husband and his friends went back a couple of times after a night of basketball. This is one of the few restaurants in QC that is open until 3AM.

Ansim (Aged Tenderloin) Php 1,200

During our first visit, we ordered Ansim (Aged Tenderloin) Php 1,200 and YangNyeom Sogalbi (Aged Seasoned Beef Ribs) Php 1,200. The meat was tender (not chewy) and tasty. We had a pleasant experience during our first visit so we decided to go back to try one of the packages offered. We thought that maybe we can have better value for money.

Song Do Won | All Beef Set C Php 2,900

There are various combinations to choose from but we opted for an all beef set. Set C has LA Fresh Beef Ribs, Aged Seasoned Beef Finger Ribs, Beef Belly and our favorite, Aged Tenderloin. Photo of which is shown above. We are 3 adults and a child and the package is more than enough for the four of us.

If we were to order these individually, the total would be Php 3,260. Come to think of it, we saved Php 270 with the package. Each set comes with an order of Mozzarella Cheese worth Php 90 so our total savings---> Php 360.

Next time we go back, I will just order a la carte from the menu. The LA Galbi and Yangnyeom Galbisal were malitid.---> beef was hard to chew. Instead of ordering Woosamgyeop, I will order Samgyeopsal (Php 350) instead so that even if the meat was toasted, it will be crispy. The only saving grace was the Ansim. It's really worth every peso!
