Change-Making Beauty | The Body Shop Philippines

I attended my first-ever face to face (F2F) event last Tuesday at The Body Shop SM Megamall branch. It was an afternoon well spent with fellow beauty enthusiasts and supporters of ethically-sourced ingredients and naturally-inspired beauty products.

We Create Change | And This is How We Do It

The first thing I noticed are the new packaging of my favorite The Body Shop products. The brand is all about Community Trade Recycled Plastics. Plastic, With Bottle campaign uses 100% Recycled Plastic collected off the streets of Bengaluru, India through the company's trade partnership with Plastics for Change.

Drops of Youth | Edelweiss

The Body Shop's best-selling Drops of Youth is made even better in Edelweiss Skincare range. The company takes a stand against beauty's anti-aging narrative and changes the name of its best-selling skincare range. The formula is now more concentrated for stronger and smoother skin.

The company wants to send you the message that ageing is a joy and privilege. It aims to help you age powerfully and grow old radiantly.

"If you didn't want to get wrinkles, you should have stopped smiling years ago."

-Anita Roddick

founder, The Body Shop

I have the Edelweiss power duo- Daily Serum Concentrate30 mL (P2,095 to P1,885.50) and Intense Smoothing Cream 50 mL (P1,795 to P1,615.50). I am using it twice a day. I am loving how it leaves my skin looking smoother, fresher, stronger and plumped with 24hr moisture!

The Body Shop beauty products mentioned above are made with 99% ingredients of natural origin. Oh, did I tell you that the bottle and jar used are made from recycled glasses too?!
