Kandle Cafe | Restaurant Review

It used to be that Sundays are meant spending time in a mall. Things changed when you have a toddler in tow who needs to take an afternoon nap. All we do now is have lunch and then some coffee and dessert. No more time for window shopping but I am not complaining. In fact, I love how relaxing and slow paced our Sundays now. At least, we find some time to unwind before going back to the daily grind called Monday.

We have been going back to Kandle Cafe since it opened its doors to the public over a month ago. It is our choice of coffee shop because my daughter is so used to the place and its friendly staff. Check out my Instagram account (@xoxoMrsMartinez) for more photos.

I have kept it a secret because I don't want it to get crowded especially on a Saturday night. But with a very cozy cafe like Kandle Cafe, it's a secret one can't keep for too long.

Kandle Cafe | Quezon City

Strawberry Torte Php 130

We were finally able to try Strawberry Torte earlier today. It's always out of stock. My daughter loves anything with strawberry... this one included!

Le Mango Php 130

We tried a slice of Mango cake but sad to say, it was not as good as the strawberry. There are many other cakes on display, we might check out the others on our next visit.

Chocolate Banana Cupcake

On each visit, Kandle Cafe's chef Lesly Ong, would always offer our daughter something to try straight from her kitchen. Earlier today, a piece of Chocolate Banana cupcake with icing and a snowflake on top was delivered on our table. As usual, my daughter was so giddy because the icing was not just pink in color, it was DARK PINK---> her favorite color!

The cupcake was moist and yummy. Oh, Kandle Cafe also offers cookies and it is delicious as well!

Iced Dark Mocha Php 150

Kandle Cafe has a lot of Drinks on the menu board. We always try a different one on each visit. Today, we only ordered one drink to share because we are sweet like that ; p
