Real California Milk Recipes | Classic Banana Milkshake + Banana Ice Pops

It's summer time!

My daughter always looks forward to the healthy and delicious snacks I prepare for her when she gets back home from school. To beat the season's hot and humid weather, I often make a variety of fruit shakes for my little darling.

She is one picky eater so I always look for ways to make eating healthy and nutritious food exciting for her. Since banana is one of her favorite fruits, I surprised her with a banana milkshake when she got home from school. She was feeling under the weather earlier today so this was definitely a welcome treat for her.

Frozen Treat | Banana Ice Pops

My daughter requested that we make another serving of Banana Milkshake because according to her "It was so good, mom!". Little did she know that I had another idea in mind, we are making Banana Ice Pops 😄

Follow the directions on how to make a Banana Milkshake then pour the contents of the blender in a mold. You can make about 6 or 8 popsicles depending on the size on the mold. Place the mold in the freezer for approximately 4 hours. My little one ate one Banana Ice Pop as her afternoon snack. With the scorching heat, it surely is a frozen treat!
