Twa Pak To | Restaurant Review

Last Father's Day, DH decided to check Twa Pak To (Big Belly/Tummy in Chinese) at the 2nd level of  Elements Hall @ Sct. Rallos Complex.

Twa Pak To

We ordered the following at Twa Pak To:

  • Crispy Pork Belly Quarter Php 300
  • Spicy String Beans Php 150
  • Chinese Sausage Fried Rice Php 220
  • Five Spiced Pork Chop Php 160
  • Braised Beef Stew Php 380
  • Clear Soup Php 10 per bowl

Braised Beef was not as tender as I wanted, parang kulang pa sa kulo. The carrot was raw so it was a bit hard to bite and chew. IMO, the Five Spiced Pork Chop is better without its breading.

We all like the Chinese Sausage Fried Rice. My daughter was able to finish eating her portion in no time. I hardly cook veggie at home so ordering one is a must when we dine out. DH and I were able to finish the entire order of Spicy String Beans.

One of the food that you should not miss when you dine at Twa Pak To is the Crispy Pork Belly. The skin was so crispy and the meat so tender. We had to control ourselves from finishing the entire order so we can save some for take out ; p

We were the first customers that day. Maganda siguro kaming buena mano because right after we went in, diners came in family or groups. Generally, the food at Twa Pak To is tasty and you can get value for money.

Kandle Cafe

After eating a hearty lunch at Twa Pak To, we went to Kandle Cafe to eat some desserts and have coffee at the same time. Kandle Cafe has been our go-to coffee shop whenever our little princess is with us. She is familiar with the place and she loves the homemade cookies.

Happy Father's Day, Pappy!
