I Paid My Bills Via GrabPay for 20% Cashback Promo

Grab gave away 20% cashback for bill payments a few days ago as part of its Grab Many versary The Anything Everything Sale promo.

I check the app and found several billers. Since we are traveling to La Union, I paid for Easytrip RFID load.

I only have a few pesos on my GrabPay Wallet so I loaded PHP1000 via credit card. The transfer was seamless and the money was instantly transferred to my account.

Since it is my first time to use Grab to pay for my bill, I did not know that there's a PHP 12 Administrative fee upon payment. I ended up loading only PHP980 instead of PHP1000 to the Easytrip account.

I messaged Grab via Facebook and Instagram when the PHP 100 cashback was not credited to my GrabPay Wallet.

It turns out that the cashback was already awarded to me under Rewards and I just have to redeem the voucher. It is not automatically credited to the account.
