Back to reality, back to cooking for my family 💞
Last week was ramyeon, now, it's sambal. The last time I was in Malaysia was more than 5 years ago. I seriously forgot what the food tasted like. Buti nalang, I found a sambal sauce so I can cook and serve basic Malaysian cuisine at home.
Ingredients:
✅200g Shrimps
✅2 pieces regular size Squid
✅6 pieces Okra sliced
✅2 pieces Eggplant sliced
I just followed the instructions at the back of the pouch.
1. Saute veggies in oil
2. Add seafood
3. Mix sauce
4. Add a little water
This was my first time, so I might have added a little bit more water than usual. To fix it, first, I had to remove the cooked vegetables and seafood then place it in a separate container. Next, to get rid of the excess water, I simmered down the sauce to my desired consistency.
Super nakakagana!
✅No MSG added
