Lazada Fast Refund for Loyal Customers | Review

That was fast! Here's a story with a happy ending 🥰🥰🥰... 

My one splurge last 9.9 was a cap worth 2295. After all the vouchers and discounts, I checked it out for only 1965. 

The package was tagged as FRAGILE and the cap was inside an inflated bag for protection. Ang galing ng packaging nila. 

Yun nga lang, when I opened the box, I saw a minor defect in stitching (found in front of the cap). Super OC ko kasi lalo na expensive un cap so medyo kinilatis ko maigi👌 Tapos inisip ko ng sampung beses if I can live with it na visible siya and keep it nalang kasi nga last one in stock na tapos PINK 😭 Tagal ko nagmuni-muni. 😭😭😭

Ang ending, di ko talaga ma take.😖 So, I decided to write a message to the seller. Ang kaso Sunday pala un nun na deliver so walang nag reply sa akin. 

Come Monday, I received a message na if I am not satisfied, I can file for RETURN/REFUND. 

So, I did. I filed for a return/refund yesterday via Lazada app after reaching out to the store where I bought the  NEW YORK YANKEES MLB Basic Pink 9Fort A-Frame Adjustable Cap.

I chose PickUp. I scheduled it today. A rider from Lazada picked it up within the time frame. And guess what?! After checking the app, my refund was processed and issued... agad agad! 🥰

I understand situations like these can happen to anyone, I am just glad that the seller was very prompt in replying to my concern. I recommend the seller and hopefully, I can order from them again in the future.
