When I go out, my brows are always well-groomed. Take note, with perfect arch! My obsession with eyebrows began when everyone around me started getting married. Back then, I attended wedding parties at least once a month. Being a late bloomer in the beauty department, I went to different salons to have my makeup done. From that experience, I watched closely at how makeup artists shaved my eyebrows and gave it a perfect arch. I was lucky I didn't have any horrible experience (read: over shaved brows) in the parlors that I used go to.

Anyway, I thought to myself that I needed to do my own makeup or else I would go bankrupt before I can even get married haha They say that practice makes perfect and that's just what I did. I was able to perfect the art of maintaining my eyebrows on my own. It's a good thing as I was able to save a lot of money. Now, I do my own makeup when I attend social gatherings most especially, weddings.

So, I left my eyebrows alone for a month so that I can take a video of me shaving and shaping it with the help of a razor. I personally chose razor over plucking with tweezer. But whichever works for you, I don't see any problem.

I really wanted to show you a photo on how my eyebrows look like in its shapeless and uneven state but I can't. I actually have a closeup photo but I just don't have the heart to post it here... sorry!

These days, most of the eyebrow pencils I bought already comes with a spoolie eyebrow brush on one end. I think it's a great idea for a 2-in-1 beauty product. It saves you space in your drawer and at the same time, save you money because you only buy one great product instead of two.

I used to buy Etude House Drawing Eyebrow (Php 178). My problem was I can't seem to find the right shade for me, either it looks so light or so dark on me. Anyway, I rarely check out new makeup stuff to buy because as a lifestyle/beauty blogger, most of the stuff I apply as makeup were sent to me for review. But I am glad I checked out what The Face Shop has to offer- Designing Eyebrow Pencil (Php 260) is just the right shade (Brown 03) for me. I now know which eyebrow pencil brand to hoard when I go back to Korea... annyeonghaseyo!
