My very first event for the year 2015 was with the best ribs in town- RACKS. The event was held at its newest branch along Timog Ave., Quezon City.

When eating Angus Au Jus, remove the fats on the side to reveal tender, juicy meat inside. Even if there was a sauce served on the side, there's no need to dip the steak in it.
