No Hand Mixer | No Problem
I know the Dalgona Coffee trend started earlier this year. It was at the beginning of the lockdown here in the Philippines when I saw the trend on my social media account. It looks easy to do... with a hand mixer. I know because I tried using the power of my hands and arms, it didn't work. I gave up after a few minutes!
Dalgona Coffee | Using Blender
A few days ago, my daughter was asking me if we could work on making a milk shake together and I said, yes! When I brought out our blender, that's when I remembered that it has a WHIP function. That gave me an idea to use the blender as an alternative to a hand mixer (which I don't have) for Dalgona Coffee.

Dalgona Coffee | Instructions
Hi Mrs. Martinez! My niece and I love making Dalgona coffee too! Ours is simply beaten with a whisk, and it only took us about 3 minutes to get that frothy texture. The difference maker is the use of instant coffee instead of the 3-in-1 variety. Looking forward to more of your recipes. :)
